2月4日，一名老年旅客在西安北开往阆中南部站的动车上胆结石突然发作，疼痛难忍，几乎瘫倒在车厢，幸得阆中铁警及时救助，转危为安。

事情经过
2月4日下午16时许，阆中车站派出所南部警务区执勤民警衡洋、宋雨涛接到一对旅客夫妇求助，称其母亲胆结石突然发作，疼痛难忍近乎昏厥，请求民警帮助。经询问得知，该夫妻二人与其母亲李某某一同乘坐D次西安北至重庆北的动车，将于当日下午到达南部站。
不料，列车离车站还有一段距离时，其母忽然出现强烈不适，满头大汗、嘴唇发紫、脸部煞白、腹痛难忍。老人年近50岁，在前期体检时已经查出患有胆结石，但因春节将至，医院过年，打算先忍忍，医院处置于，根本没想到在列车上胆结石就发作了。

及时救助
情况紧急，民警立即联系车站工作人员准备好轮椅前往列车停靠的站台等候老人，同时拨打了急救中心电话，联系好急救人员在站外等候。老人下车时已无力行走，几乎快瘫倒在地，两名民警合力将老人扶坐在轮椅上，并疏导出一条快速出站通道，帮助老人以最快的速度出站就医。
“老人这样的胆结石情况是需要尽早治疗的，这次幸亏救助及时，否则这个阿姨后果不堪设想啊！”给老人做了初步检查后，急救医生告诉家属。“谢谢人民警察，这次要是没有你们该怎么办啊？谢谢！谢谢！”夫妻俩齐齐向民警道谢，感谢之情溢于言表。
